I'm Andy, a Director / co-founder of Cure Recruitment.
I started my recruitment career working in an agency named ecareer. I worked across both Melbourne and Sydney and focused on hiring software engineers in the .NET stack, as well as UX Designers.
With Nintex, a global, SaaS product company (and Microsoft Gold Partner) I led all talent acquisition across APAC. During my time there, we moved into the cloud, acquired four companies (including our biggest competitor), were acquired twice, and grew from 280 to 950 employees.
I contracted with Microsoft where I led technical hiring for Australia across the GSMO org. I hired a high number of Cloud Solution Architects across Azure Apps, Infra, Data / AI, and Security. I also hired in the sales / marketing / advertising space, as well as engineering.
I set up Cure Recruitment with my business partner to apply our combined experiences of the internal recruitment process and pain points to an external recruiting model. Our services include RPO, contingency recruitment (permanent / contract), and executive search.
